What I remember when I was a very young man: We ate lettuce, strawberries and tomatoes, among other veggies and fruits. The toilets were always clean, by and large, in restaurants. Lawns were mowed and, if you went to a hotel, the beds were made up for you. Offices were cleaned after working hours.

A second airport at some far-out location to handle larger passenger aircraft while continuing to dive onto Lindbergh with aircraft suitable to that facility? Sounds goofy to me. Lindbergh's capacity would soon be exceeded by the using aircraft, anyway.
